flows totaling $60 billion annually;

a
debt management portfolio covering $300 million in accounts
receivable;

financial
management systems improvements including central accounting and
payroll systems;

a
travel budget of $50 million.

lead DOL representatives for press briefings and congressional

instructions and related systems for budget execution, fund control
and employment ceiling controls throughout the Department; and

financial results for consistency with budget plans and reporting on
