Pinot Noir - Modification 1

1.  Pool design from Coral View replaced Pinot Noir design

2.  Master Bath wall removed from toilet for handicap - add handicap wall bars

3.  Master Bath linen closet replaced with recessed wall sliding door to laundry area.

4.  Study changed to Dining Room with closet area recessed for China Hutch 64" wide

5.  Study added to garage with replication of new Dining Room double door entrance

6.  Replace flat front windows with bay windows including study bay window replace garage door

7.  Install Niche in Kitchen corner like Coral View

8.  Install Niche in hall outside Bedroom 2 on outside bathroom wall - Like Coral View Niche leading into Master Bed
